All classes take place at 23 Mill St. unless otherwise noted
PLEASE NOTE: The yoga studio space is also available for private lessons.
Yoga All Levels - Open to all students: including those with no prior experience all the way up to most advanced; Teachers will modify poses according to individual level.
Beginning Yoga - This class will be friendly and discoverable. 2020 is YOUR year to say YES! This 6-week class is perfect for those who want to demystify Yoga and find a way to move, stretch, stand, sit, and enjoy the moment! Yoga is now, Yoga is you, showing up in the mat. Wear comfortable clothing, be able to be barefoot, your own mat is optional.
$90 for 6 Weeks Beginner Class (Tuesdays 6:30-7:45pm Jan. 28 - March 3) with Cheri Trimble.
Connective Yoga - Connecting movements, breath, and your whole self - linking poses together in fluid like movements. Must have some yoga background.
Restorative Yoga - An introductory level class presenting passively supported poses designed for deep relaxation and restoration of mind and body. Learn how to de-stress, release tension headaches, and rejuvenate.
Chair Yoga - This class is designed with Gentle stretching, breathing techniques, positive affirmations and the use of a chair for the entire class. If you have any questions about your ability to take this class please call 585-435-2905. If you have any medical questions about taking this class please consult your doctor. Open Arms Yoga is in a handicap accessible building. Class is $10.
Belly Dancing - This class will teach you the basic movements of belly dancing - Undulations, shimmies, snake hips and much more! Learn a basic choreography to wow your friends and family with! Click here to visit the Facebook page!
